Through the support from The Winnipeg Foundation, the Mennonite Central Committee and our key anonymous donors including members who sent their donations through Canada-helps, The women at TEEC program in Winnipeg are able to sew dignity kits and comforters that get distributed to the IDPS, women, and girls in TEEC Bor, Jonglei State Program and other war-affected regions such Ukraine. This initiative created a positive impact in many ways. It has encouraged immigrant women to continue to support their well-being, as it builds a great sense of community in addition to that, the tailoring program has grown popular in a way that many people are signing up for the training
